TGI Friday’s in Lafayette

The food was good. The service was very bad. We ordered a appatizer and never got it. We had 3 other tables around us and not 1 but all 3 tables had issues with their orders, to it not being put in or not the right food. The manager did offer us the app but we said no because our food had already came out but he did give us a coupon for a free app the next time we go there. Guess what isn't going to get used!!!!!

There business model seems to be ignore the customer and they will leave. The hostess spends all her time bussing tables, after we were finally seated we gave up and left after waiting 20 minutes a wait person even acknowledging us.

Appetizer came out slightly warm....at best (onion rings). Rib meal....the fries had been sitting there for days...server took them away and said she had them drop new ones and that this wasn't the first time she heard that today....fries never arrived. Ordered a salad... first came out w dressing loaded on it when the menu states the dressing on the side and then again didnt come as described in the menu....missing 5 ingredients. 🙄🙄🙄 Server was aware of the issues but nothing was rectified.

Good service, okay food. Manager stopped by and told us about $1 pints Sunday-Thursday, great deal!

The last 3 times we have been here have been extremely disappointing!! The service and food have gone severely downhill. It's never good when employees are constantly cussing in a family establishment. Not to mention the food being served lukewarm and my steak was well done and charred when I ordered it medium. The butter on top wouldn't even melt because it wasn't hot. The best thing that I can say is that the place was clean.

Very disappointed with my visit, other than our waitress was amazing. I got the chicken and shrimp alfredo and the bottom was scorched and tasted burnt. What a waste of money.

I usually have a good to great experience at this restaurant. They have good food. Their prices are good. I love their all you can eat appetizers and burgers. However, the last time I went service was terrible. I waited nearly an hour for my first appetizer. When I got my burger as after an hour wait it was cold. I have not been back since. I don't know if I can go back.

Service was way off. Haven't been there for awhile and it didn't seem crowded at the lunch hour. If today's service is any indication ... that explains it. Had to ask for Lunch menus. Appetizer took forever to come out and the 4 of us were nearly done with it before the plates to use to eat it off of came out. Then there was almost an hour to get the actual lunch order on the table. We watched a table come in after us, eat and leave before our food came out. The guy who delivered said one of the items was not on the menu as of today and they hadn't prepped the toppings. Why not just come and tell us so she could pick an alternate item? It was cold though, as were the fries in the other two people's plates. Just not a good day.

Worst experience ever. Took 10 minutes to be seated, 10 more for a waitress to come take drink orders, 10 minutes later they brought the drinks and we were ready to order. They then tell us they have no chicken left and it’s normal for them to run out of things on Sunday. We had to all change what we were getting and then it took an hour to bring our food to the table it was cold and burnt. Asked for a manager and that even took 15 minutes. Do not eat here!

This restaurant needs some help. Extremely slow! Our waiter forgot drinks, almost forgot to get our order. I saw at least 2-3 groups of people whom got sat down, no one got their orders/drinks and left. He forgot the table next to us their drinks. The manager with disgusting gages (they were taken out) - looked like he was on drugs. My food was cold- got sent back to the kitchen. Not once did he come to our table to check on that nor check on any of the customers there. I heard a table complaint about their waitress as I was going to the restroom. Restroom was out ofSoap. I think you guys need to look into this restaurant. I’ve never had a bad meal or service there. Thanks.

I have been a server for 10+ years, and I wish I could give my experience at Friday's tonight less than one star. I was not acknowledged because I came in alone with my 2 kids. I would not jump to this assumption had I not heard two servers talking about how I apparently was not going to tip and how annoying kids were. Well you got what you wanted, Friday's. We walked out and left our server at red lobster a 50% tip, and I just want to say this isnt the first time Friday's has been a BUST

Max (the GM) and Jay(assistant manager) are always very friendly and make sure my wife and I feel welcome when we come in and missed when we aren't. The rest of the staff are always friendly and the food is always great as well. I like the new singo thing they got going on too.

Food was decent. Waited to be seated for quite some time and we were the only people there as we were there 2 hours before closing. Waiting a while for our check after we finished eating...once again being the only customers in the restaurant. It was clean and the staff was pleasant

Poor service. Understaffed. Very rude. Inexperienced cooks. They prepared foods differently than any other Friday's I've ever gone to. The only tips given were written on the bottom of the receipt. Yes. It was that bad.

I had the new chinese chicken salad. Very good! Service was fine. Lots of workers. Felt bad for server when the guy with a pink beard dined and dashed.

Was there last night service was horrible we waited quite awhile for server. The server was not friendly the floor was really dirty. Our daughter ordered chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta 2 very small pieces of shrimp maybe 3 small chunks chicken adult dinner. My soup was just warm not very good fruit was nasty my husband food was not very good. We will not be returning!!

FOOD POISONING: I always have loved coming here for my whiskey glazed burger and a drink..but the other night I went there with my brothers and mom. My brother had gotten the whiskey glazed chicken sandwich. He said it had tasted okay, nothing fantastic. A couple hours later he was on the toilet with bad food poisoning. He was up puking all night and he said his body felt like it had been run over by a truck. My other brother and my mom were fine because we had gotten beef..but he became really sick with food poisoning. I wont be going there again until they get some things figured out.

Haven't been in a long time it uses to be a father son thing with haircuts and tgif but today now that I am the father I took my 2 boys in around 330 4 tables including us 15 minutes went by we where forgotten about I mentioned it to my son when a server was near by she said someone would be by 10 more minutes went by now my little one is throwing a fit so we left and went to red lobster that was nearly full and was instantly greeted with a lovely server and so friendly to my extroverted son

Bad service, and worse new management. It's not even worth telling all the issues with my visit and food. The table behind us left, I heard them say "worst experience ever" as customers since day one you opened, and as a commercial customer who catered my office ribs from fridays regularly. Goodbye and goodluck!

I don't eat at TGI Fridays very often. The food has always been decent, but it seems like each time I eat there the prices have increased just a little bit. I did receive excellent service during my most recent visit even though the restaurant was short staffed at the time. However, I doubt I will be back any time soon. The price of the food has outpaced the quality & portion size. There are many dining options in the nearby area, several of which offer a better value for your dollar.

Good food and good service. The BBQ chicken salad was HUGE! Good value.

This was a complete disappointment. Got an email saying come in Thursday for full rack of ribs for $12.99. Waitress didn’t know anything about the special, found out it was a special, was gone about 10 minutes getting my husbands coffee (that tasted awfully strong and weird tasting). Finally got to give our order. We got our food, served on a wood tray (what a joke, runny sauce running off the tray, WHAT A MESS!). We couldn’t even cut the ribs they we so hard and dry, hardly any meat on the ribs. I almost think they were left over from a day or two ago. We were so disappointed, I told the waitress, she told the manager, but we never saw the manager.I know we will not be back or recommend this restaurant!Know I know why their parking lot never looks like they are busy!I don’t look for this restaurant to be in business much longer after reading the other reviews.

worst service I have ever received. walked in and got seated right away but our server didn’t come to us until 20 minutes after we were already seated. got our drink order ( got a strawberry lemonade) took 45 minutes to get to me. we ordered the same time we ordered our drinks. didn’t get our food until 45 minutes after we ordered. our server tried to explain that other servers were taking her food orders. overall worst experience. will not be going back again!

We came in on a friday night (ironic)at 630. The dinning room wasnt even half full so not busy by any means. I immediately make a drink order. Took 10 minutes recieve it and was difficult getting more afterward. Worse part was it took us bout 50 minutes to receive our meals. The food wasnt even worth the wait. Was ok but not great. The pricing on the meals and drinks are too expensive too. There are many other choices that are all around better then fridays

We’ve attempted to eat at Friday’s three times in the last couple of months. Each time, we were seated fairly quickly, however, after being seated we received no service. There were servers working in the area and even serving tables around us. After waiting for a while we left. None of the servers nor the host/hostess inquired about the issue. Safe to say, we will not return to the restaurant.

Food was fine and staff was helpful. The jukebox volume, however, is apparently controlled by whomever pays for and chooses the song. Volume was so loud at least one in our party was very frustrated. Could not talk over the music. This might be expected later in the evening, but not at lunch!

Last night was the worst I’ve ever seen it. TGI Friday’s Lafayette, IN. I haven’t been in a while and my girlfriend and I go, and both couldn’t be absolutely more disappointed! Her chicken undercooked and still very pink. My steak was microwaved! Completely understaffed. And when asked for the manager, she spent entirely way too long smoking cigarettes before coming in and then spending even more time avoiding our table. And then to hear the cook from the back run his mouth when the manager asked about the microwave situation. Completely disappointed. Have no intentions on visiting TGI Friday’s Lafayette, IN for a very long time. Highly recommend going out of town if TGI Friday’s is what you crave.

Miss Friday's. Our Friday's closed in TN. Was nice to just grab some hor d'oeuvres. Yamani took care of us. Made sure we had everything we needed without being obtrusive.
